- Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will endeavor to rectify the issue.
- Damage: While our staff are trained professionals, accidents can happen. We are insured for accidental damage. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, accompanied by photographic evidence. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or damage due to faulty installation or materials.
- Valuables: We are not responsible for loss or damage to items that were not properly secured or removed prior to our service.
